All pixels are shuffled, then each row sorted by trigonometric hue, which is defined by the angle from the gray point to the color.
And finally, each column is sorted by the distance to the color assigned to that column, which is a RGB color that has a constant distance to gray, the column position varying the angle around gray. 0° red, 120° green, 240° blue.
The last row is mostly just black and white pixels.
