3 Pivot points are chosen at random. Each pixel's colour is determined by the ratio of the magnitude of the angle between it and each pivot, each one controlling the r, g or b value.
A random sample of 5000 colours is chosen from the unused colour list, the closest matching colour by least distance in a colour cube is given to the pixel.
