Noisey Gradient

An interesting result from plotting every colour onto a canvas, and then swapping those pixels around. Lower `hue`s on the left, and higher `lightness-saturation`s at the top. I only let the program run for two iterations (loop over every column and row once per iteration), and that resulted in the noiseiness
