This is my 5th algorithm to convert pictures into AllRGB images. Note the subtle gradients, lack of blockiness and even error distribution. This algorithm uses Nvidia CUDA and takes about 90 seconds, compare that to my first algorithm (in 2009) which took several days to compute.
